City of Pensacola Florida

Through the combined efforts of the City of Pensacola, Downtown Improvement Board  and Downtown Retail Council, the RFP for 16 Palafox Place required retail use on the ground floor. That RFP was won by MPerical Development, who plan to put a national restaurant chain on the ground floor as well as utilize the covered walkway area of the passageway between Palafox Place and the Jefferson Street Parking garage.
