James Deverman Lawn Care has been deceptive not only to my family and I, but to about 4 other separate families that I know of. Be sure to check with BBB.
Jimmy Deverman was very charming and told us that he could do the scope of work required. The work was to fix 2 zones and draw a schematic of our lawn system. Jimmy Deverman did not the work he quoted us.
None of the three things that we asked and received a quote on were done. Jimmy told us that he needed just one part that would be here in two days and if the money could be paid. The amount he said was inaccurate and when a refund / reimbursement was needed to be returned to us; Jimmy just kept going....elsewhere. James Deverman never did the work required and quoted. Jimmy told my husband that he was not qualified to work on our sprinkler system and that he was trying to get someone to do the work. Another words, Jimmy was subcontracting it to another company or that was his intent. The problem was that it never happened.
But Jimmy cashed our check which he refused to refund for work that was not performed. Jimmy was also overpaid by accident and again, Jimmy refused to reimburse the overpayment.
Jimmy Deveruex said that he would "give us" some sod from a job he was working on. We are honest people and do not want him to "charge" someone else for sod which he would give us as his repayment.
There are alot of good honest Lawn Care Services in Pensacola, Florida. Just stay away from James Deverman.

Downtown is also underway with the 27+ acre waterfront Park consisting of a Retail Shops, Offices, and an outdoor amphitheater park for multi functions. A HIGH TECH PARK is also under development downtown on government land south of the Pensacola Civic Center and adjacent to IHMC’s (Institute of Human Machine Cognition Center) Park to serve as a location for larger and more established technology businesses. ADMIRAL MASON POND will enhance the Veteran’s Memorial and will be a focal point upon entering the downtown district. It will also function as a “hidden” water retention pond for any water run off for the new developments downtown. Although it will function as a storm retention pond, the location at the corner of 9th avenue and Romano will be an attraction with its design to incorporate a great exercise loop with its long perimenter to appeal to walkers, strollers, and runners with the beautiful vista of spraying fountains.
