Palafox Pier is a downtown property which has commercial businesses on the first two floors and residential on the upper two floors.  There is residential garage parking with elevators in the rear for the home owners.

If you are interested in Palafox Pier, call me for more information on what property is available!  The aerial picture below still shows the Bayfront Auditorium in front of Palafox Pier.  The auditorium has been removed for a downtown park.  Above Palafox Pier is Palafox Pier marina with Port Royal which is downtown Pensacola's only waterfront gated community.  Port Royal consists of residential property only from townhomes, condos and single family residences.
