Good first impressions are crucial when you’re selling your home. It is important to wow potential buyers from the moment they enter the home and help them envision the property as HOME.  AND the buyers need to picture it as THEIR HOME...not your home.

This is a difficult job if it’s cluttered, crowded with "stuff", personal pictures plastered everywhere, or stamped with your personal eccentric decor. That’s where staging comes enters the door.   Go to HGTV and look at dozens of before-and-after photos demonstrating the importance of proper staging.  This is especially important in making a big impact at open houses.

The goal is to appeal to the majority and increase your chances of an obtainging an offer; especially in this competitive market. 

There is no charge for my suggestions for my personal listing and real estate clients.  I work with Active Moving and Storage where you can obtain a discounted fee to move and store your clutter...and receive discounts for when you move.  However,  I do require a minimum 7 month listing for this additional service.

I am a licensed decorator not an ASID Interior Designer.  The purpose is to enable my real estate clients to obtain discounts on certain services and products.
