With my husband being from Jackson, Mississippi growing up with Archie Manning; I felt compelled to root for The Giants with the Manning Family, as well as, cheering the underdog.  Needless to say, we both were very elated that the New York Giants won the Super Bowl.

Trailing late into the fourth quarter, Eli Manning drove the Giants 83 yards down the field, and tossed the game-winning touchdown pass to Plaxico Burress with 35 seconds left in the Super Bowl. Manning was named MVP of the game after going 19-of-34 for 255 yards,
