THE WHISPERS is a subdivision right off 12th avenue in Pensacola, Florida. The Whispers is a subdivision in the southeast portion of Pensacola, Florida between East Hill, Pensacola and the Cordova Mall Area.
It is a newer development with smaller yards which is attractive to a demographic portion of buyers. There is an active HOMEOWNER's association, strict architectural guidelines with custom street lights and street lights. It is a very popular area due to its location and newer construction.

This subdivision is somewhat between East Hill Pensacola, Cordova Park or the Cordova Mall area. It is close proximity to the Pensacola Regional Airport and within minutes to shopping, hospitals, restaurants, etc.
 This community is close to many area schools such as the elementary school, Cordova Park Elementary, and a fabulous park that has recently gone through a major updating and beautification process called Vickery Park.
The Whispers is very close to the Roger Scott Tennis Center and The Vickery Community Center. The Vickery Center has a 22,500 SF building which includes a gymnasium, meeting rooms, billiards and game room, a weight room with exercise equipment, locker rooms and kitchen. The center is part of a 52-acre complex owned by the City of Pensacola that also includes an outdoor swimming pool, 24-court tennis facility, and football, baseball, softball and soccer fields.

This area is also close in proximity to Pensacola State College, Cordova Mall, Pensacola Airport (for those who have to travel alot for their profession; the close proximity relieves alot of stress), and the area is centrally accessible for the various Medical Facilities such as: Sacred Heart Hospital, West Florida Hospital, Medical Center Clinic, Woodlands Medical Center and Baptist Hospital.
