LaVallet (La Vallet) and Gaberonne is located in the Northeast portion of the City of Pensacola, Florida.

The history of Gaberonne as taken from the text on the historical market sign at the Scenic highway entrance to Gaberonne: Gaberonne Old Punta del Gorda, skirted by Spanish ships of Maldonado 1540, de Luna 1559. Pez 1693, Ariola 1698. Spanish mission to Yamassee Indians nearby 1750. In British grant to Wm. Aird and Benj. Wormell in 1760’s; Spanish grant to Francis Gaberonne 1780’s; Marianna Bonifay 1814. Bought by Francisco Merono 1849, with title to son-in-law Stephen R. Mallory, later U.S. Senator and Secretary of Confederate Navy. Site of brick kilns of Carlos LaVallet, 120’s, Abercrombie and Bacon 1855. Walter Kehoe 1870’s. Acquired by Confederate veteran Manuel F. Gonzalez, grandson of Don Manuel Gonzalez & Great Grandson of Marianna Bonifay. Developed 1963 by Dodson, Leitch, Born families.

There is a neighborhood park with swings, play equipment and doggie bogs for our pets refuse.  At LaVallet's park, there has been Easter Egg Hunts for the kids.

Halloween is always fun for adults and children with the infamous Posey family haunted house; Neighborhood hay ride for adults and kids,    the LaVallet Lane cul-de-sac bring a dish party with the Townhomes table of treats from candy, hot dogs and more! There is TWINKLE TWINKLE meet the neighbors located in Lassassier during the festive winter holiday.
